To set up your voicemail:
 
Call your own extension or phone number. When you hear the system greeting:
 
Press '*'
 
Enter the password your administrator provided from PrismNet. Typically, set at 1234.
 
Press '#'
 
The system will then step you through the process. Be sure to go all the way through it until it tells you it is complete.
