Conclusion—overall appraisal As typical with progress reports, this one ends with an overall appraisal of the project followed by the signature concluding the letter.
Outline. The writer includes an outline of the handbook she will create for this project. Because her "deliverable" is a handbook to be used by CP patients and family, it's very important for the client to be able to see the outline and thus evaluate her plans for the handbook.
