This page teaches you how to become an Independent Associate or a Preferred Retail Customer. Joining through Future Health Technologies is as easy as a phone call or email!

Becoming a Preferred Retail Customer enables you to purchase all Integris nutritional supplements at the same wholesale cost that an Independent Associate is charged. You are not required to purchase any products, services, or programs to be an Independent Associate or Preferred Retail Customer. Your $5.95 fee will register you as an Associate or Preferred Retail Customer and purchase the Welcome Pack that all new Associates receive. The Welcome Pack will familiarize you with the rules and regulations of Independent Associateship or a Preferred Retail Customer.

Becoming an Independent Associate or Preferred Retail Customer ...

Becoming an Independent Associate or a Preferred Retail Customer is very easy. Once you've decided this is your personal opportunity, contact Future Health Technologies at fht@healthfuture.com so that we can answer all your questions!

You need the Future Health Technologies Independent Associate pin number to join either as an associate or preferred customer. Our Independent Associate pin number is 4547. You need this pin number to join either as an Independent Associate or a PReferred Retail Customer through Future Health Technologies.

It only costs $5.95 to become an Independent Associate or a Preferred Retail Customer! This fee will setup your account at the corporate offices.

1) Fill out the application form that registers you as an Independent Associate. The applications are available either from the Fax-On-Demand line at (415) 273-6214 or you can call Future Health Technologies at 1-512-249-0466. Call us, leave a best time for us to return your call, evenings or weekends, we call you at our expense. We apologize for the lack of a toll-free number at this time.

If it is easier for you, we will fill out the forms with you while on the telephone. Once filled out, we will send them to Integris for you and postal mail you all original copies for your own records.

2) Once the form is completed either fax or postal-mail the white copy of the form to the corporate offices (if you choose place your $5.95 fee on your credit card) or mail the form with your check to:

CALL a Corporation Representative toll-free: 1-888-737-7307. They are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM Central Standard Time. They are also available on Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Central Standard Time. You can use your credit card to place your order and application right over the phone!

3) Keep two copies for your personal use. Mail the original white copy back to the address shown above. This copy is needed for them to setup your account.

You are not required to purchase any products, services, or programs to be an Independent Associate or Preferred Retail Customer of Integris. The Welcome Pack will familiarize you with the rules and regulations for being an Independent Associate or Preferred Retail Customer. The Welcome Pack also provides all the forms you will need. Make copies of the auto ship form and the product order form for your use.
