Hi Folks this is the July 2005 update of the Euronaut building process. Pictures : 1667 - The empty engine room after sandblasting, and four layers of epoxi-paint short before starting the final installation work. The steel plate closed frame field is the aft diesel tank. 1763 - Bilge pumps motors in place also some cabels and lamps. 1766 - Both High pressure bilge pumps in place, all ten high pressure air bottles installed, two starter batteries for the 24 V diesel engine starter in place, one high pressure air compressor installed - the other one just start to get in. Our Navigator Ingo is working on the workbench. 1770 - Diesel, Main gear and E-motor in place. 1799 - A good view to the electric and hand driven main exhaust flap vale. Also vissible on the left the "inside the sub" crane we use. Our Chief Ing. Andre makes a smile. 1776 - All in - just a smile in my face. The yellow bulkhead is a temporaly steel cover.
