Curly, Larry, and Moe were three puppies we rescued and took with us when we built our current house in 1999. Larry was first to cross the rainbow bridge, followed by his littermate, Curly. Moe lived with us the longest, but finally departed October 7, 2013 after a long, full life. When the three stooges were in their prime, they loved to chase birds in the yards, never tiring of trying to catch barn swallows that hunted close to the ground in the evenings. Both Curly and Moe survived rattlesnake bites during their time here, thanks at least in part to being vaccinated against rattlesnake venom.
